Services Included:
- Plumbing Services:
- Inspection of visible pipes for leaks.
- Testing and adjusting water pressure.
- Checking faucets and toilets for proper operation.
- Minor repairs to faucets and toilet mechanisms.
- Air Conditioning Services:
- Cleaning or replacing standard air filters.
- Inspection of visible ductwork for obvious leaks.
- Testing thermostat functionality.
- Basic cleaning of exterior AC unit.
Frequency:
- Quarterly maintenance visits are scheduled throughout the year to perform these basic services.
