The expansive clay soil in Northeast San Antonio is notoriously tough on original cast iron and concrete sewer lines. We offer an expertly curated list of plumbing services that focus on pinpointing failures without the need for unnecessary excavation. Our team utilizes hydrostatic pressure testing to verify the integrity of your under-slab system. This method provides definitive proof of a leak. It allows us to address the root cause before foundation movement occurs.

Windcrest households often struggle with high mineral buildup that can clog older pipes and damage modern appliances. We optimize your home’s mechanical performance by balancing water filtration with high-efficiency thermal systems. Our proactive approach extends the life of your plumbing while making your home more energy-efficient.
Expertise in our community requires more than just a wrench; it requires an understanding of how older homes were built and how they age. I cannot recommend Alfred enough! Earlier this year, I started having issues with a pressure valve connected to my main water line. Because my family had worked with another plumber’s family for over 15 years, I trusted him to handle the repair. He was a “master plumber,” and he initially fixed the issue in March. Then June came around, another part burst, and I had another leak. He came back out and repaired it. Within a week, while I was out of town, I received a notice that my house had a water leak. Sure enough, the leak was coming from the exact same area where the previous work had been done. By that point, I had already spent around $1,000 trying to get the issue fixed. I was referred to Alfred through a real estate group, and from the very first phone call, the experience was completely different. He answered the phone, was extremely friendly, and came out the very next day. Alfred was honest with me from the beginning. He explained that he couldn't tell me exactly what was going on until he dug into the area, but he quickly confirmed that there was definitely a leak. Once he opened everything up, he showed me exactly where the issue was coming from, and sure enough, it was connected to the previous plumber's work. He was very transparent about what he found. Not only was the previous repair poorly done, but the materials that had been used were also not high-quality. Alfred explained everything clearly, quoted me a fair price, and handled the repair that same day. The difference in workmanship and materials was immediately obvious. After he finished, he showed me exactly what had been done, and there was no comparison between Alfred's work and the previous repair. Although I had to pay to get the job done a second time, this experience was a reminder that quality, trust, reliability, and professionalism truly matter. Sometimes trying to save a few dollars upfront ends up costing you much more in the long run. I will 100% continue calling Alfred for any plumbing issues and will confidently refer him to anyone I know. And Alfred went above and beyond again today. I was having issues with my A/C, and even though it wasn't a plumbing problem, he took the time to walk me through a few simple troubleshooting steps over the phone. Thankfully, with his guidance, I was able to get everything working again and hopefully won't need a service call That's the kind of person Alfred is, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. I truly appreciate the way he communicates and takes care of my family. Thank you, Alfred! We appreciate you and everything you do!Posted on Google![]()

Called Alfredo at 8:30. He was at my house two hours later. He quickly found the problem, discussed options. He was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I will refer him to all my friends in the future. It was a pleasure doing business with him.Posted on Google![]()

I had my AC unit worked on by alfredo. He came to the house he diagnosed the problem within 10-15 minutes. We actually thought it was a different issue. Which probably would have cost me more money to fix. But he was very honest and said that was not the problem. He had the part in the truck and within 35/45 minutes of him being at the house he fixed my problem. I have already recommended him to other people. I appreciate the honest and hard work. Thank youPosted on Google![]()

Adam and Alfredo came out and did a great job taking care of our plumbing issue, as well as scoping the line and pointing out a couple of other issues. They took the time to break down options for how to handle them, and were honest and up from about what needed to be done, and what could maybe hold off for a later date.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
